My name is Sophie Schneeberger and I'm a freelance photographer currently based in Glasgow. I always knew that I wanted to work in the creative industries, and this combined with my love of travel led me towards pursuing  photography as a full time career. Over the last few years I have been lucky enough to be able to travel to some of the most remarkable places on the planet, finding inspiration and developing my skills along the way.

 

Since graduating from Gray's School of Art with a first class honours degree in Communication Design I have worked as an action and portrait/lifestyle photographer in New York, Italy and Greece. My style of photography is unobtrusive and natural, with my ultimate goal being to capture the joy and beauty in unique moments so that they may be treasured forever.

My work has been featured in a variety of publications including The Telegraph, The Express and N-Photo Magazine, and has been exhibited at the Thessaloniki International Art Fair. My images have been placed in the top ten in multiple categories in the 2018 Young Digital Camera Photographer of the Year, and my university Honours project was highly commended in the 2017 BP Design Awards and also received an RGU Heritage Collections Purchase Prize.
